The Conrad Mansion was originally built in 1891 by Charles E. Conrad, an original founder of the town, as a home for his family and his descendents. Some of the highlights of the 13,000 square-foot home are the antique communication system that runs through the home, the second floor billiard hall, and the distinct and wonderful nine bedrooms. The historic home is located on a bluff overlooking the city near Woodland Park.
